Competency Definition
Business Knowledge Specialized knowledge in business administration required for entrepreneurial and managerial professionals.
Logical Thinking The ability to gather and analyze information about ambiguous phenomena or problems, and to reason and articulate conclusions logically.
Problem-Solving Skills The ability to identify the root causes of actual or potential problems and to develop effective solutions.
Communication Skills The ability to express one's thoughts and emotions effectively while actively listening to and respecting the opinions of others.
Interpersonal & Teamwork Skills The ability to build and manage positive relationships and to collaborate actively and productively with others.
